My name is Erika Adigun—daughter, wife, and mother to two beautiful daughters. I started my personal fitness journey 20 years ago, and 10 years later took a more active role as a leader in the industry. As I watched my life transform and recognized the challenges and opportunities around me, I learned that life is all about balance and sustenance. Life happens, and it can be very hard to harness it…to wrangle it and get it under control. Every day becomes survival of the fittest, a fight to win or lose.   • What are the fees for the program? The 21-Day Holiday Special is priced at $127, but you can register today for ONLY $47. Act quickly because this Challenge is ONLY available for the first 21 people who register.  
  • When does the program start? You choose your start date! Find the time that works for you! Then, choose one of our session times below, show up with your water bottle and indoor training sneakers and we'll put you to work!
  • What are the training hours? The sessions are only 30 minutes so even those with the busiest schedule can find time to work out.

  • What will be required of me? We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results. 
  •  Who is the program for? MEN & WOMEN and all fitness levels can participate in this program. Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs. Everyone is welcome here at Fit Body Boot Camp!
