My name is Erika Adigun—daughter, wife, and mother to two beautiful daughters. I started my personal fitness journey 20 years ago, and 10 years later took a more active role as a leader in the industry. As I watched my life transform and recognized the challenges and opportunities around me, I learned that life is all about balance and sustenance. Life happens, and it can be very hard to harness it…to wrangle it and get it under control. Every day becomes survival of the fittest, a fight to win or lose. When that happens, everything around us controls everything about us. There is so much fullness in life that we miss it as it passes us by; we can’t get it under control. Does this resonate with you?
